Covid Guidelines

Flatline will recognize certificates from other agencies, Red Cross, St John, etc. that meet the same criteria to complete a Refresher of your current certificate.


We want to be confident that our environment is safe for everyone and that we have the right safety measures and protocols in place.  Our approach will be methodical while following all provincial and federal health authority guidance.  

COVID Guidelines

  • Masks are now optional for all Flatline Safety Programs

  • Our classroom will remain set to ensure a physical distance from all others.

  • Sharing of equipment or practicing skills on each other WILL NOT be a component of your training.  All equipment is cleaned & disinfected at the end of each class.

COVID Screening Questionnaires have been discontinued  We do remind all participant to use precautions with your health before attending any programs.    Please contact our office for any additional information.   

We enforce a strict 15 minute late policy, and a no show will be a forfeiture of course fees

Classroom Guidelines


As the guidelines continue to evolve we will continue to keep our classrooms to a maximum of 10 participants.

Please keep in mind, that while the economy is re-opening, we must continue to be vigilant with our protective and preventative measures.

Please review the following information and expectations.

  • All students must have a confirmed registration to enter the facility

  • There are hand sanitizing stations throughout the training centre,

  • All students must sanitize their hands, prior to entering any classrooms.

  • If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle until check-in begins at 8:15 AM

  • Students that choose to wear a mask will be required to remove their masks to perform certain skills during class

  • Our individual training pods have been set up according to provide a comfortable distance between students and should remain in these positions - please refrain from moving the furniture.


  • There are many restaurants in the area.  Students can make use of the take-out and drive-through services.  You are welcome to bring a bag lunch.
