Registration Policies

E-Learning & Online Programs

  • All Online Courses must be paid at the time of registration

  • There are No Refunds for E-Learning Programs or Blended Programs

Blended Programs

  • All Blended Courses must be paid at the time of registration

  • There are No Refunds for E-Learning Programs or Blended Programs

 

Blended Programs have 2 components Online Theory & Skill Day.  Theory MUST be completed in order to attend the skill day, you will not permitted to class and will be required to re-schedule - fees apply.

  • Failure to attend the skill date you forfeit your skills training and will have 14 days to rebook at a fee of $100.00

  • ​Skills day transfer prior to booked date with less than 4 days notice will be charged $50.00

 

Late to Class

  • We enforce a strict 15 minute late policy.

Withdrawal/Refund/Cancellation Policy - (Excluding Instructor Programs - discuss these policies with student services)

  • Withdrawals must be submitted to the Registration office during business hours by telephone   403-571-7655   or email to    safety@flatlinesafety.com  .  

  • Withdrawals will be in effect from the date the notice is received at the offices of Flatline Safety ltd

  • Requests received after close of business (4:30 pm) will be considered received on the following business day

  • Withdrawals received 5 or more business days before the start of class will received a full refund

  • Withdrawals received from 1 - 4 business days before the start of a class will receive a refund less a $50.00 + GST processing fee.

  • Withdrawal Requests submitted on day of course will not be processed and course fees will be forfeit

  • Group/corporate withdrawal/refund/cancellation fees are per student.

  • Refunds are processed by etransfer, or if payment made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to book training.

  • Programs with pre-issued study materials will have the fees for all materials deducted and then the refund processed

Transfer Policy - (Excluding Instructor Programs - please discuss these policies with student services)

  • All transfer requests must be submitted to the Registration office during business hours by telephone or by email to safety@flatlinesafety.com  or 403-571-7655

  • Transfers will be in effect from the date the notice is received at the offices of Flatline Safety ltd

  • Transfer Requests received after close of business ( 4:30 PM) will be considered received on the following business day

  • Transfers Requests received 5 or more business days from start of course will be transferred at no cost to student

  • Transfers Requests received 1 - 4 business days before the start of course will be charged a $45.00 + gst  fee 

  • Transfers Requests submitted on day of class must be submitted before 9:00 am and will be charged $60.00 -

  • Transfer Requests submitted after 9:00 am on day of course will not be processed and course fees will be forfeit.

  • Transfer fees will be charged to credit card used to register and will be processed immediately. Corporate invoice clients must provide payment option (Credit Card) when the transfer is requested. 

 

Failure to Attend

  • Failure to attend class, will result in forfeiture of all registration fees and training.
