How do I register for a course?
Registrations can be submitted
Payment must be made at the time of registration, we cannot hold a space
It is important that you review your confirmation to ensure the details are correct - if there is an error please call the office immediately 403-571-7655
Registrations received after business hours will processed on the next business day
All students will receive a Confirmation of Training. If you do not receive this within 36 hours, please contact our office 403-571-7655
We do our best to keep our calendar current, if you registering for a course for the next day, please contact us to ensure there is space
Refresher Program Requirements
In order to complete a Refresher or Recertification program - your current certificate must be in good standing - not expired.
A copy of your current certificate will be required before attending class.
It is important to review the Registration Policies.
When will I receive my certificate?
You will either receive your full laminated certificate at the end of your class
If you were registered as group by your company rep your certificate may be sent to your employer
My name is mis-spelled or there is an error on my certificate
We are able to immediately correct your certificate - please review your certificate upon receipt and bring any discrepancies to your instructors attention
I have lost my certificate
We are able to issue a new laminated certificate at a fee of $20.00 or a letter certificate - no fee
If you would like a wall certificate, please make request to email@example.com - fee $20.00
We cannot issue certificate for courses that have expired
I have expired - is there any extension?
No. There is no extension if you have expired. (The COVID extension option ceased on March 31, 2021) We recommend that you register early enough to ensure that if there is an issue you will still be within your certification period.
Can I attend the Blended Program and complete the E-Learning later?
No. The Elearning component must be completed prior to attending the skills day. The time frame for completion of skills has returned to the pre-COVID policy of 60 days.
I have registered for the wrong course - can I upgrade?
Yes you can upgrade to to another level of your training, there will be an additional fee and you will be required to choose another date
I have taken the course and returned to work to find I have taken the wrong course, can I upgrade?
Yes you can upgrade within 30 days of the original course date, an additional fee to the full cost of the new program plus $20.00 certificate fee in order to issue the new certificate.
