Program
Payment
All fees must be paid in advance Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Interac are acceptable methods of payment - personal cheques will not be accepted. Program registration that do not provide payment information will not be processed and you will not receive a confirmation nor a guarantee of a seat in the class. Customers that are invoiced will not be provided certificates until invoice is paid in full
Transfer
Policy - (Excluding Pre-Hospital & Instructor Programs)
All transfer requests must be submitted to the Registration office during business hours and in writing
Transfers will be in effect from the date the notice is received at the offices of Flatline Response Inc
Requests received after close of business ( 4:30 PM) will be considered received on the following business day
Transfers received 5 or more business days from start of course will be transferred at no cost to student
Transfers received 4 or less days before the start of course will require a $35.00 + gst transfer fee and must be paid at time of transfer
We require three days to process a transfer request.

Transfer/Hold - (Excluding Pre-Hospital & Instructor Programs)
This option will allow you to transfer to another "same class" with in a 90 day time frame of original class date.
We will hold the registration for 90 days
Student will be required to notify Registration Department of date of attendance a minimum of 24 hours before the class.
There must be space in class - you will be notified and placement will be confirmed
This is a one time option for each course and failure to attend will cause forfeiture of program fees.
Cost is $45.00 and must be paid at the time of Transfer/Hold Placement.
Student will receive a Transfer Hold Certificate - This certificate must be submitted to the registration department prior to expiration date in order to register for a course
Withdrawal/Refund/Cancellation
Policy - (This policy does not cover
Prehospital programs, including EMR, EMT-A, NAPD, PHTLS or Instructor Programs.)
Withdrawals must be submitted to the Registration office during business hours and in writing
Withdrawals will be in effect from the date the notice is received at the offices of Flatline Response Inc.
Requests received after close of business (4:30 pm) will be considered received on the following business day
Withdrawals received prior 6 or more days before the start of class will received a full refund
Withdrawals received 5 or less days before the start of a class will receive a refund less a $35.00 + GST processing fee.
Group/corporate withdrawal/refund/cancellation fees are per student.
Refunds are processed by cheque and mailed to the individual, or if payment made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the credit card.
Programs with pre-issued study materials will have the fees for all materials deducted and then the refund processed.
Failure to attend class, will result in forfeiture
of all registration fees and
training. By signing the registration form, client acknowledges cancellation
fees and accepts responsibility to pay
same.
All classes begin on time and you may be refused entrance once the class has begun.
